I obtained a book on how to make steel boned corsets and I made myself a cheesecake, which I get to eat all myself because my bloke is silly and doesn't like desserts. Win.
I had the yoghurt coated pumpkin seeds in my graze box, they were nom. Almost made up for the horror of the wasapeas.

sound like some epic silliness. The book sounds interesting though - what is it?

it's a quick little how-to on Edwardian and Victorian corsets, which are the steel boned kind. The ones I make at the moment are silicon boned which is fine for fashion and gentle figure sculpting, but steel boned ones really pull you in at the waist and they last forever.

Oh ace, do you make corsets? That's pretty neat, do you do them comercially, just for yourself/mates or as a collage/uni thing? If your mister doesn't like desserts (with specific refferance to cheesecake (with specific refferance to peantbutter/banoffee cheesecakes)), then, well, he must at least have a 20ft *whistle* to make up for that inadquacy.... all though I suppose it does mean more for you.

He doesn't like anything I make, even my awesome cupcakes, unless they're the chocolate nutella ones. He has no taste. Except in women of course.

... and been impressed with the site on a technical and design level. Whoever you chose to make it, is very good, was it a friend or did you pay? What sort of money did you pay, if it was that? Everything, even down to the photography, feels so proffesional, it's quite unusual for a home made product.
I love the corsets too, not that I know about that sort of thing, but I think they look good.
Oh what a ninkonpoop, you should totally dump him, unless he has a 24ft *whistle*, in which case, I can't really compete with that.

He also did the photography. He took fucking ages about it and had to hand it over half finished because it was 3 months late, but he did make it look very pretty. That reminds me, I still need to buy him a couple of bottles of Jack for that.
I'm not going to dump him for not liking desserts as that means more desserts for me. Until he dumps me for that same reason.

It's not that they're free, it's that they're normally for mates so I get over-ambitious for the scope of the project.
Yeah', that's fair enough, and I can admit to sometimes wishing I had an extra starter instead of dessert myself.

I include my pre-uni stint as one as well.

If you can't get it in Boots, or you can't get it without a pescription (even if it's someone else's), then it's thumbs down from me.
I don't trust someone without a PHD and a lab to put phamacuticals they've made inside me.
