Sorry - I should have explained.
If you have been 'smoking' and get the spins/fear - sit down and have an orange juice. Sorts you right out.
(OJ also negates the effects of many forms of amphetamines too.)

I still haven't had a chance to really test it
as I've not got really drunk then smoked spliffs for a while
