First time wearing it, down 3" inches!
Not sure it was tight enough at the top, I've got a very small back. I went down a size anyway, I shold be a 28" but I have a 26".

that's pretty sweetI don't think I'll be able to reduce my waist by much because it's dead muscley, which doesn't squish. Hopefully I'll get a little bit of shelf-boob though because they'll definitely squish.

I'm aiming for a natural waist of 28", and a reduced of 26"But will settle for 30".
