Yes, but the basis are Greek
And so, most of the constellations can be tracked back to Greek mithology, which is fantastic.
Those Gods did know how to rule the world, eh?

I don't think so
Arabs might have named the constellations first, and the Greeks based his naming on that. The whole thing about adding mithology on the names and the beautiful stories where Greek.

Where Greek - were Greek.
That's what I was saying from the start (I see my spelling mistake now as well): full stop required before first bracket, and also
before the closing bracket. Or alternately one full stop
after the closing bracket.
