I'm not so sure. There are a lot of things I would want to change but who knows what would happen instead.

I wouldn't have went to that bar that night because then I wouldn't have continued to go and end up being an alcoholic slag.
Maybe I would've progressed in my last job and gotten lots of money and been successful.
But then again, maybe not.

What about the view that if you are inclined (biologically,genetically- whatever)
to become an alcoholic slag you will become one.
So you might as well get that done and move on.
