I can go upside down though, gripping with my legs only, and then slide in a semi-controlled fashion. Skillz.

There's a move where you do that but slide down really quickly, from a height. It's called the Nose Breaker. I can do it and have yet to break my nose :D

If my friend has some of us over for another pole night, sure
It was a laugh last time, even when her 6'6" boyfriend (who's also a great mate of mine) dislodged the pole from the ceiling with an energetic swing.
