I once had lamb cooked in a roasting bag on a BBQIt was on low, and was cooking for about 4 hours. It was both the best and the worst lamb I've ever had.
Best because it was so juicy and tender.
Worst because it was fucking impossible to eat with a fork, it just fell apart!

I used to get shouted at for eating with my fingers, but foods like Paella just have to be don't they?
