Just the word breathe in fancy script.
There is a tattooist in the town I work in who's supposed to be good at the calligeraphy. Going to check it out on Saturday.

Or, you could do your own design?
There are plenty of fancy fonts to play around with on teh intermeweb, then you can print them off in different sizes to see which fits best. That's what I did with my Greek tat - don't get it too small though, otherwise it smudges into the skin over the years and might end up looking like shit. In hindsight, I wish mine was BIGGER ;o)
