our neighbour has this dog, and I swear, it's suicidal.every single time I drive past their house to go to school it runs out in front of me and then stops in the middle of the road, and even if I try to go around it, it usually tries to race me down the lane.
and the neighbours call it cute. fuckheads.

Run the fucking thing down. It runs out in front of you and you could be blinded/distracted by something and didn't see it. No more problem dog. Owners own fault for not having the damn thing secured properly. Unless you live on their property, then all you can do is have a quiet word about it.
