Just wear some tight jeans.Get a big white flouncy shirt from somewhere. (The flouncier the better). Bouffant your hair as much as possible and wear some makeup. Simple.

It should be simpleBut I own no tight jeans, cos they look stupid on men, am disinclined to purchase a flouncy shirt cos I'll never wear it again, and my hair is currently too short to be bouffant-ed.
The makeup's a piece of piss though
