I used to prefer jogging at night
but I'd be knaaaaaackered.

This first thing malarky seems to give me more energy, and I come into work feeling fresh and energised. Very strange.

I do my WiiFit before work and it really does make me feel more awake by the time I get to work
although on the evenings that I do dancing it means I'm wide awake when I get home because of all the endorphins and shit.
