Nothing exciting has happened to me, apart from arranging the opposite of last weeks shenanigans (which was a date that turned into a friendly meeting). This is a friendly meeting I hope shall turn into a date.
Apart from that, just packing and getting ready for holiday.

always nice when that happens. in my experience at least.

I'm hoping less of a seduction and more of a realisation. But that is much too hopeful an outlook so I shall be content just to have fun

my dad came up to visit and restocked my fridge with diet coke and beer, as well as giving me some money.
Then I trashed a friend (in the finals sense of the word) and she got very drunk and I got mildly pissed. Yourself?

I took friday off and tore down one of the ceilings in my house which was fun. Only took 4 carloads to get rid of all the rubble, wood and filth. Most of the rest of the days were spent DIYing. Got to use the enormous drill for carving plugsocket holes into the brickwork.
I also smoked a large quantity of ganja and sucked down far more than my usual amount of beer.
That film I mentioned in the other thread was good too.
A good weekend all in all.

like quite a relaxed and fun weekend.
As on the other thread, I saw Backbeat, which was rather good

as much as it can be when you've donned a full suit of protective equipment and set about a ceiling with a crowbar in each hand.
definitely fun.
I haven't seen Backbeat for some time, assuming we are talking about the film involving the Beatles
(, Mon 14 Jun 2010, 10:26, Reply)
not for any particular need, just in general.
Yes, it's the film about the Beatles and Stuart Sutcliffe. It also served to remind me that Stephen Dorff was quite hot when he was younger

always nice to be reminded of a hottie.
this is winona ryder from the film I watched last night

surprisingly cleavagy. and she's aged rather well.
(, Mon 14 Jun 2010, 10:30, Reply)

and interesting hats
while she was shagging people and putting them in comas
stephen dorff looks like someone I know there. can't think who though...

the person I fancy. The expression especially.
I love corsets, wish I could wear them

Then had to drive to pick the lady up from work, just as the England match kicked off. The roads were deserted, and I was sorely tempted to have a bit of fun, but my little Ka isn't quite as poky as the muscle cars in the film...
(, Mon 14 Jun 2010, 10:27, Reply)
the film that is? the first and third ones aren't unbearably awful...
(, Mon 14 Jun 2010, 10:28, Reply)
I was pleasantly surprised by 3 after how shit 2 was.
(, Mon 14 Jun 2010, 10:33, Reply)
Now I shall check it out too.
(, Mon 14 Jun 2010, 10:34, Reply)
and it doesn't have what's his name in it, which is good
(, Mon 14 Jun 2010, 10:36, Reply)
and every film he's ever been in.
(, Mon 14 Jun 2010, 10:39, Reply)
I think I thought he was really shit in that. I'm not 100% sure though
(, Mon 14 Jun 2010, 10:40, Reply)
I'm pretty sure that was Jared Padalecki (also known as Sam off Supernatural)
(, Mon 14 Jun 2010, 10:48, Reply)
but not Paul Walker. For some reason in my mind's eye it's Jared Padalecki. Weird
(, Mon 14 Jun 2010, 10:55, Reply)
everyone I know teases me about the fact I love them, but they are so trashy and banal that it's almost an artform. Except for number 2 which I have never even rewatched
