Noyou can download as a free user although it can be a pain in the bum as it only allows 1 download for every half hour or something like that.

yeahI have a premium, and use it at home and in the office. i download a hell of a lot every month though, so i do get my money's worth.

search through forums firstthere are plenty out there either devoted to or containing downloads for all kinds of stuff
and try not to use the account on too many computers, or it'll get blocked.
