I understand that,
it just seems that the weather forecasters here seem keen on making it look like it'll be a mild winter, forecasting a week of days at 15, 16 degrees. There has not been one day since saturday where we have gotten above 12 degrees.

They do their best but it's still going to have 10-20% margin of error even on a 5 day forecast.
