Can you honestly say Germany were that much better?
Good enough to qualify the scoreline granted. It was a shite match though.

I thought it was a good match to watch actually
And Germany were very solid in defense. So yes, I can say the German were that much better. They should have scored two or three times in the first twenty minutes and when we were 2-0 down we were lucky not to be a lot more.

Doesn't matter how shit Germany were
We were worse. They had enough ability to pass around our defence and create, and take advantage of, chances. They had had three shots on goal in the first twenty minutes. We had that many in the entirety of the first half. Germany could get through our defence at will and were given acres of room to do it with.

Pretty pathetic for a team that are comprised of the best players we have.
