Knackered mainly
I've had to be in work at 8am two days running (the horror!) but as I've just spotted you said you were in at 7am I should probably pipe down...

Hahaha
There is no much to explain. Buy lemon grass, put it in boiling hot water, leave it for a minute or so and drink it. It's the best remedy for bad tummies.
