It's a lovely idea
but I spent most of my 20's sitting exams to become an accountant. I physically dont have it in me to go through the revise/exam cycle again.

Show a little fucking backbone. A friend of mine qualified as a vet when he was 38 because he spent so long mithering about exams. Passed first time.

a much tighter timeframe for passing the exams, and if you dont you're fired.
