Last night I was in bed by 11 owing to being knackered
Ms Foxtrot joined me even though I told her - when I found her hula-hooping in the front room - she didn't need to come if she wasn't tired. She then spent the best part of an hour talking about utterly inane stuff, none of which required a response or input above the occasional tired grunt, and even after saying, on several occasions, "Sorry, I'll be quiet now" she just

Has anyone got any practical advice for how to quieten a bleating woman, so that I may be assured of more than 6 hours' sleep tonight? Please note; "she doesn't need to breathe through her mouth, duct tape is your friend" may technically be practical but would be astonishingly difficult to implement

I was thinking that
I get around 6 hours a night normally, it's enough.

I went to a secret gig last night with the guys from James, they were doing a rehearsal with an orchestra so they invited some people along to watch, it was awesome. The lead singer guy totally fancies himself, despite dancing like an epileptic.
