And I wish it too. But I don't mind cake too much, I rather have permanent chorizo or bacon. With cheese. On bread.

Mmmmm....
My grandma used to make crema catalana (similar to creme brulee, but from catalonia). It was the best in the world. I wish I had listened to her when she was teaching me cooking.

Still, I rather go for the salty than the sweet.
