Probably no one is going to read this, butI really, really like wine. Ok, lots of people like wine, but my passion is dessert wines. I love a glass of something cold and sticky, with a great balance of sweet and sharp, with a delicious dessert or pudding that it compliments perfectly. A rich chocolate pudding with a glass of Quady's Elysium, or a perfectly smooth creme brulee with a Monbazillac. Yum!

I read thismore to satisfy my own ego because I thought no-one read my entry.
Must say that the right wine is fantastic, but I'm more of a "with dinner" kind of guy. And when not with dinner, necking the cheap stuff to get pissed.
