Had a big meal with friends at Shiki on Monday. Was brilliant. As was lunch at Itsu on Saturday. A combination which must be followed with a croissant, surely

* - Soft Shell Crab Tamaki or Maki
* - Prawn Tempora Tamaki
* - Teryakki Sauce
- Chicken Yakatori
- Scallop Katsu
- Egg Nigi
- Smoked Salmon Nigi
* - Soy sauce with Wassabi***
* What I had last night

*** What you do, is put some soy and wassabi on a spoon, mix it in, then mix _that_ into the main of the soy.
