Depends on where you go.Tesco and ASDA's sushi rice is really really sweet, I actually don't like it, I'm sure it's the same company that makes it. Marks has it about right in terms of flavour, and waitrose have it right in terms of texture... but from a proper sushi place (or at least, the ones I've tried), they do it perfect.
