Yeh', but the mug in me wants to give familes 'one last try'.Maybe our whole system of having families at all is a mistake in this day and age?

well I agreefamilies are an extremely important tool. But they're not something that is easy to change

Yeh', I agree, can't really change families, at least, you could but it would take loads of generations.It's a sad fact, that for a lot of these families, the only way to get them to want to 'improve' themselves, is financial incentive... carrot or stick though? I donno.
