Can't really decide, I like a range of things.
The bits that I really love is Salmon Skin, salmon avacado, soft shell crab... In maki or tamaki form. yakatori chicken, tempora and Katsu... But my fave is prawn (ebi) goyza.

I think it would be interesting to talk to you too, whats your fave food? Do you like books?
