I've been to loads of concerts aloneand I'll happily eat a pub lunch or evening meal alone if I'm feeling like treating myself.
We used to have a very good local curry place that I'd often eat in on a Sunday evening. On my own. Reading a book between courses. Don't see why it would be an issue...
