I'm lucky to have a lot of nice and quite different beaches to go to

I'm not a surfer
(I got outrun by an 8 year old when I went bodyboarding) but I hear Gower is pretty awesome for it. Perhaps I am wasting opportunities

There are nice beaches up here too
but you've to be pretty brave/daft to swim in the North Sea, even in August.
