I think it would be the equivalent of that
But seeing as that means he missed out on about 6 or 7 possible bands above that, it's pretty damn bad.

if I can do bugger all work, get stoned all the time and still manage a 2:1 Masters in Civil Engineering, you'd surely have to try and fail to do worse.

through misreading the exam timetable :-/
