It depends on which family it is.
I detest my Dad's side of the family, cos they're horrible to my mum, ignore my sister and are insufferably dull and up them selves.

My mum's side is a right laugh, though especially my grandad.

As for films. I watched The Big Lebowski the other night are was severely disappointed. Planet Terror though - fantastic.

I didn't make it all the way through the first time.
I'm not going to waste more time and energy trying to endure it again.
And it's not like I don't appreciate the Coen brothers, I love O Brother Where Art Thou and Fargo.
