As for the 1tb HDD, I'd advise looking at an external, as they're so much cheaper now.

I've always hated that
Although a friend of mine had her 18th when many of us there weren't 18 (myself included), and the bar staff were superb. They had one woman checking ID's, if you didn't have one, you were subtley informed to go back when she wasn't there, and you'd get served. It was ace.

I hate the bit when you all have to sit between each other's leg while some DJ plays "oops upside your head", and the obligatory konga line and then the smashing of plates....
.... and the most borring meal of grilled meat and salad, and whole thing feels like "organised fun".

This was a bit like that
I always stay out of those things, it's always obvious I don't give a flying fuck about it.

The theme was "Around The World", we had french, american, mexican, etc etc. The winner was a lad who turned up in a Sumo Suit, genius!

My 18th was shit
I was one of the only 18 year olds, so we couldn't go anywhere. I'd also worked a 12 hour shift that day, and just wanted to sleep, ended up going home at 11pm.

My 21st was AWESOME! Did pub golf with friends, fell into bed at about 4:30am, woke up with no hangover, woo!

There are plenty of resonably priced michellin starred places.
Go at lunch time and eat off a Prix fixed menu and you can get some for like £25ish a head, wine or eating in the evening will make it much more expensive.

Plus, I do like their "Super Saver" delivery, as it's meant to take 5-7 days, while the longest I've ever waited on it is 4 days. Once got it next day too!
