I get that. My epilepsy has fucked my short term memory. The flat & my office are littered with "to do" lists as a result

Yeah
I'd genuinely say booze has had a fairly negative effect. The worst is when I forget something really important, and it's like "What the fuck, how could you forget THAT?"

And you just have to hold your hands up and say with zero explanation "I Forgot". Must be frustrating for others but I do make a lot of effort trying! I probably sometimes look like a workshy cunt.
