good for you
I've got insomnia, no obvious medical reason for it, but I get it quite a lot, plus hypnic jerks etc quite regularly. I know more sleep would solve it, but that's how it goes

Hypnic jerks are totally normal though.
I get them a bit too.
I didn't have a reason for my insomnia either - it just happened.
(, Tue 27 Jul 2010, 1:15, Reply)
had it since I was six
used to it, don't think I could function without it anymore actually. You get so much time.

Which I'm currently wasting by posting bad jokes on Sickipedia

/snorts.
that's totally fair enough.
(, Tue 27 Jul 2010, 1:23, Reply)
a very useful waste of time
though apparantly most Sickipedians are fans of the Kings of Leon sadly
(, Tue 27 Jul 2010, 1:24, Reply)
I don't mind Kings of Leon.
I have a feeling next year at uni will force me to have a later bed time though.
(, Tue 27 Jul 2010, 1:27, Reply)
bed? sleep?
at uni? Not in the first week haha
(, Tue 27 Jul 2010, 1:48, Reply)
haha so very reassuring and probably very true!
I get back from my trip about 2 weeks before uni starts. Frantic packing will ensue me thinks.
(, Tue 27 Jul 2010, 1:50, Reply)
that's the way it should be
you'll have an excellent time I am sure. Looking forward to visiting the UK?
(, Tue 27 Jul 2010, 2:05, Reply)
definitely am. I'm about equal parts terrified and excited at the same time.

(, Tue 27 Jul 2010, 2:16, Reply)
you'll have a great time I'm sure :)
how long for?
(, Tue 27 Jul 2010, 2:21, Reply)
Well I'll be over for four weeks initially.
then I'm going around Europe for 5 weeks, then coming back to london to stay with a mate for the last 5 days. So it's a 10 week trip. I will be cripplingly broke by the end of it.
(, Tue 27 Jul 2010, 2:24, Reply)
but it does sound good fun!
what are you looking forward to the msot?
(, Tue 27 Jul 2010, 2:29, Reply)
