I need to run
otherwise I turn into a fatteh very quickly. However, I'm not a natural at it.

Last time I ran to the gym from work I had a tramp shouting "Run Forrest, run!" at me.

What passes for running with me
ie, shuffling along a bit faster than jogging if I can be arsed. I sped up considerably when he started chasing me though...
