Chickenlady's mum
Has just bought a new laptop with windows 7 installed.

Unfortunately, she's gone and lost her Windows password and can't log on.

Does anyone know how to reset the Windows password, or do we just hit her with saucepans?

I vote for saucepans but don't tell her I said that.
Only because my mum won't let me hit her with a saucepan.

In fact, I'd like to break out the entire kinchenware drawer for a spang-fest.

But unfortunately we'll still be left with an unusable laptop.
