And spitting on someone is not nice - I guess in your plush executive office where you don't deal with the general public, all you get is young girls/boys handing you coffee and doffing their caps to your wonderfulment...

I deal with the public all the time, just the other day I was walking through my office block on One Canada Square when a deliveryboy delivering very important business documents managed to get onto the 52nd floor of my building, he asked me for directions to the legal department, I called him a silly sausage as it is on floor 86 and asked him to straighten his lower class gucci bow tie.
