I don't care who you are, nobody breathes for too long with a drug habit that bad.
Even if he's on the skag on a long term basis, at most you're looking at is £250/day, a £50/bag I *think* lasts a good 5 hours, plus he ain't takin' it 24/7 'cus he has to sleep at some point, where he wouldn't be shooting up, which would add up to less than £100kpa.

I know someone with that sort of cash, won't have any trouble finding 'mates', and that he's had a pretty fucking big bankroll.
But still, it's a bit much to say he (and co) snorted or hardlined the lot of it.

I reckon a lot of it would be gone on bad investments and compensating people for doing stupid things. Personally, if I was one of his neighbours, I would have sued him for my own property value dropping.
