Gonz,I'm going to have to learn how to do some stuff like that for work.
Nothing too pretty just filesharing in a passworded area, what should I be looking at?

You mean via a web-interface, so they go to the page, put in their credentials, and can upload/download files?If you don't need the web interface, and everyone knows how to FTP, use that.
If you're the only one uploading, then you can FTP it into a folder and let PHP do the rest, it would be quite simple.
If you're all uploading/downloading/changing permisions, then something like DropBox would be a good sollution =)
