I generally work on the premise of 1 in 3 photos being decent if I'm taking pictures at somethingWhich is far easier when I borrow an SLR compared to my compact. Some random guy on Flickr started favouriting some of the pics I took last time I was out somewhere, which was a bit strange.

i try for about the same photographing places and thingsmaybe one in ten when photoing sports or anything with lots of action or low light. but i'm an amateur.
