I think the water based bits will be done on boats
I assume they will be cycling round and round the boats so they are actually covering the full distance by bike

That would only work if the boats were moving a speed carefully calibrated to the size of the available deck and the speed at which the bikes were moving.

she passed, which is awesome
now she's trying to see about an associated payrise. Her company is doing a bit shit at the moment though, directors don't know if they are getting paid month to month, but even so, she was on way below what she should have been anyway. Fingers are crossed for a 25% pay increase, but time will tell!
