Field mushrooms, griddled beef tomato*, sauteed potatoes with a sprinkling of smoked salt.

*it's the only time outside a Greek salad that I endorse beef tomatoes.

That sounds a bit gay to me.
I was thinking more along the lines of cooking the steak and warming some milk and throwing in a packet of that instant 'pepper sauce'.

I do have a griddle though, and I'm not afraid to use it. So the steak will get a griddling.
