Do you think she's got any other clothes to get changed?
I'd like to know if I was her. I'd be grateful if you tell me, but on the side, not in front of everybody.

I don't think so, I think she just needs to pull the edges of the shorts up so that they're not visible
I usually go and stand at her desk for a chat so I'll go and do that and mention it there.
