I totally stood up to Lady's Man today, he comes in shouting at me for quoting a £25 job at £16, shouting off in front of everyone how I owe him £9 now. So I turned around and said, in front of everyone, "Yeah', 'cus I quoted the job, I quote all the jobs all day long, I've been here two weeks and if I don't know the prices, I make them up, as low as they can go.", and he says "_you_ quoted that job?" and the boss man goes "He was being sarcastic, you come in here shouting at him and it's fuck all to do with him, he's done nothing wrong, and besides, that was the _right_ price, how were we to know all about these drop offs?", he appologized RIGHT up.
