It's a good source of information for us at work & a way of promoting ourselves, driving traffic to our sites etcThere is an unwritten etiquette to Twitter which takes time to grasp - if you promote yourself or your business too aggressively people get pissed off. It's about building relationships with other people in your industry, sharing & seeking knowledge etc to build a reputation.
