I'm usually reluctant to invite people I don't think will come because the more 'not attending's there are, the sadder it looks.

there will be a short interlude between 9.30pm and 9.45pm for snacks
between the hours of 9.45pm and 10.45pm there will be clothed twister.
Between 10.45pm and 11.00pm there will be cleaning up.
11.00pm guests will collect their party bags and leave quietly.
