yeah they really are. This guy is usually pretty easy going, but he was proper stropping about itwe have to put up with so many of their angry clients who they can't be bothered to call back. On Tuesday this girl had to take a call from a client who said that this solicitor was the most ignorant man he had ever encountered because he hadn't returned any of 5 phone calls.
Also, don't let Rachel see that.
