I think that slitting your wrists, lying in a warm bath and gently passing out would be nice.If you can get over the whole wrist slitting thing.

This - I slit mine by accident nine years ago in four places when I punched a window.It wasn't sore at all - think shock kicked in quickly though when my pulse scooshed a stream of blood in my face.
