Ah well, what I am eating is pretty good, aiming for vegetables with every meal (which makes a change)

You should have told me
I had to got rid of a lot of food (gave it to Mark, not throwing away) for this new diet. I think I still have things in the freezer that I can't eat. He took around 10kgs of food to Worthing today.
