After that, you can have vegetables (no peas or potatoes, though). You can have wine (walk 20 min or similar exercise for each small glass)
If you eat some carbs, you can count the calories too and exercise until burning them, but it's not recommended, it'd be like an exception.
My brother is not doing it at all at the weekends (greasy sandwiches, beer and whisky, pasta, fruit...) and he's still loosing 1kg/week, but doing quite a lot of exercise those days.
