Mmmm... right
I eat the vegetables and proteins together, not separately. And there are some fats and carbs on the eggs and yogur I eat everyday. Do you think that should be enough?

I eat 2 table spoons of wheat bran as well, which has a lot of carbs.

I wouldn't worry too much.
You're not doing it over a long period of time.

My brother has been doing it for 2 months and he's ok
His mother in law finished it a couple of months ago and she's quite happy too.

depends on what you mean by "enough"
If you're planning to do it for a few months, yeah, probably, I mean it's still better than Gonz's diet ;)

Eating like that is not sustainable long term. You'll risk liver damage, although of course it does depend on where you are getting your protein from...
