I don't really care for mint with lambweird I know.
I just love the taste of the meat itself. Favourite cut is probably shoulder on the bone, it's very fatty and there's not much meat but by god it's good.

Lamb would be my least favourite meat but I like it with mint jelly or redcurrant jelly.If it was just sticking meat in bread I would go for Pork and apple sauce. Nom flipping Nom.
