Ohh, I've never heard it called that.There was a recipy that Jamie Oliver did when he covered a side of salmon in shitloads of salt, horseraddish, lemon and...ermm.. loads of other things, pressed it down with a brick over night, and served it raw (well, cooked by the citric), sliced thinly. I think it was a sweedish thing.
